Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support to employees with benefit-related issues, including eligibility, enrollment, claims, and vendor services.
  • Execute progressive discipline processes to maintain job stability and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage HR systems, services, and benefits, including vacations, HR letters, and employee assistance programs.
  • Administer Human Resources Events, including developing and delivering communications, managing outside vendors, and processing/reconciling related billings and invoices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job-related major field of study.
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
  • English Intermediate level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in benefits, events logistics, or human resources processes.
