The Opportunity:
- This role will oversee the application of best practice learning across assigned projects, including needs analysis, training design, development, delivery, evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- You will develop training content for digital products, courses, and projects, leveraging your expertise in training best practices and innovation in digital learning formats.
- Your responsibilities will also include end-to-end management of learning, including investigation of learning needs, training evaluations, learning content/material development, and training delivery management.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation in the learning experience, improve all aspects of the learning cycle, and meet the needs of users through their digital journey.
- Additionally, you will manage learning demand and prioritization, lead a training team in their delivery, and identify potential for improvement in learning, leading to enhanced quality of content, more efficient management of training, and effective knowledge transfer.
Dimensions and Aspects:
- This role requires deep knowledge of training best practices, capabilities across multiple training formats, and training expertise within the pharma environment.
- You will interact with vendors for communication services, internal stakeholders across the GDD&T organization, and be responsible for driving innovation in digital learning formats and diversity of method.
- This position involves working across multiple products, projects, and regions, considering user needs and cultural differences.
Education, Behavioural Competencies and Skills:
- An appropriate Bachelor's degree in a related specialization area (e.g., Training, IS, HR with L&D Specialization) is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an area of training in an IT function is preferred.
- You must have experience developing and delivering training across multiple platforms and formats, ability to develop training materials (text and design), and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English language skills are required, and desirable skills include experience in training development and delivery for IT products/applications, additional language skills, solid IT skills, and flexibility to travel when necessary.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
