Hospitality Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales for the hospitality industry, leadership, and cross-regional selling. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the hospitality sector, exceptional sales expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor a team. This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and experience in US/Mexico-LATAM markets.
About the Role:
- Sales & Business Development: Sell software and services to hospitality businesses using a consultative approach. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and handle contracts and pricing discussions effectively.
- Leadership & Team Management: Train, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Set sales goals, plan outreach strategies, and measure team performance to achieve targets.
- Industry & Regional Expertise: Leverage knowledge of hospitality technology (e.g., PMS, Channel Managers) and US/LATAM markets to navigate cultural differences, procurement processes, and decision-making structures.
- Product & Technical Skills: Master Dharma's product offerings, conduct compelling demos, and utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to drive sales.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, confidently present value propositions, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B hospitality SaaS sales is required.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology, including PMS, Channel Managers, and Booking Engines.
- Demonstrated success in cross-regional sales, particularly in US and Mexico markets.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
