The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of our guests' journey, ensuring that every experience is memorable and enjoyable. We are looking for someone with previous experience in competitive socialising or hospitality venues who can lead with our core values: teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to teammates whenever needed
  • Lead a diverse and dynamic team, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered
  • Create a safe and hospitable atmosphere for over 300,000 annual guests
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed guest expectations and deliver world-class service
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new teammates, empowering them to reach their full potential

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of management experience in hospitality or competitive socialising
  • Able to work flexible hours each week
  • WSET Level 2 (desired but not essential)
