We are looking for candidates who are driven, intelligent, creative, and entrepreneurial. Our comprehensive Leadership Development program provides you with the tools and experiences to develop into a future leader of our organization while offering a holistic view of the business.



Program Details:


  • A 10-month comprehensive program providing leadership development and exposure to various aspects of the business
  • Field training in key areas including sales, supply, logistics, product innovation, and customer growth
  • Leadership and methodology training to foster systems-thinking approach and prepare for first project
  • An individual project delivering tangible and measurable results as an active team member
  • Graduation and feedback on performance and development opportunities
  • First position placement in Engineering or Operations


This role is considered hybrid, requiring full mobility and willingness to work on-site at major locations in North America throughout the duration of the program.



Program Objectives


  • Create a new implementation process for introducing new products
  • Optimize material usage and mitigate scrap rates at plants
  • Pricing analysis for e-commerce platforms
  • Develop a communication strategy to enhance customer installation journey
  • Monetize market funnel valuation by quantifying conversion rates


Qualifications and Requirements




  • Anticipated graduation date no later than June 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities through extracurricular activities, job experiences, internships, student clubs, organizations, and volunteer work
  • Mobility and willingness to work on-site at major locations in North America throughout the duration of the program


Salary and Benefits



The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Hunter Douglas offers a competitive benefits package including annual bonus, generous medical expenses coverage, life insurance, paid time off, Christmas bonus, food vouchers, cafeteria service, and savings fund.
