About the Role

You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish will enable you to navigate complex situations with ease.

A typical day in this role would involve:

  • Responding to incoming customer communications
  • Conducting research to provide accurate solutions to customer queries
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple web applications simultaneously
  • Basic competency using Microsoft Windows
  • Residency in Mexico City or its surroundings
