About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Benchmark Gensuite. This role will play a vital part in helping us achieve our goal of empowering informed decision-making, improving employee safety, and reducing our environmental footprint.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to provide exceptional support to our clients. This may involve drafting business requirement documentation, developing an understanding of client operations and systems, and collaborating with internal teams to build and deliver customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Leadership team to enhance customer satisfaction and growth among a portfolio of customers.
  • Drafting business requirement documentation for project specifications related to business analysis.
  • Developing an understanding of clients' operations and systems.
  • Supporting Unit Leads with administrative tasks for customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to build and deliver customer expectations.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in administrative fields, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar.
  • 1+ year relevant customer service experience, highly desired.
  • Results-driven mentality.
  • PowerPoint skills and experience with Excel preferred.
  • Adaptability, able to work on a fast pace and multitasking environment.
  • Proficient English skills spoken and written.
  • Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our team support customer needs.
Benefits

Benchmark Gensuite offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer annual bonus programs, regular team-building events, and off-cycle reviews to reward our employees' hard work.
