**Job Summary**

As a key member of the management team at Exfo Products, the Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's Mexico operation runs efficiently and profitably. This multi-talented professional will be responsible for carrying out confidential and time-sensitive tasks for the Mexico business unit, as well as providing HR-related support to other locations as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain the HR management document system and HR database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Manage the recruitment process for all departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Create and implement a yearly training plan to achieve department objectives and employee development goals, arranging training sessions as required.

• Oversee the preparation of payroll, work attendance tracking, and social insurance processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Propose changes to mandatory and non-mandatory benefits to maintain Exfo Products' competitiveness.

• Collaborate with government agencies as needed to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Coordinate employee reviews on a yearly basis, providing feedback and recommendations for growth and development.

• Review and recommend salary scales changes, ensuring fairness and equity.

• Maintain awareness of labor contract law changes and ensure proper implementation.

• Organize quarterly team-building exercises to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Manage department budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.

• Prepare reports on attendance, vacation, turnover, and other HR-related metrics.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14000 environmental standards and maintain the department's Business Continuity Plan.

• Provide HR support to other Exfo Products locations as needed, including staff hiring and management.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly HR-related reports for the Mexico Operations General Manager.

**Requirements**

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in a related field, with at least 2 years of management experience preferred.

• Fluency in English is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
