Job Summary
The Services Account Executive is a key role within Okta, Inc. responsible for driving the sales of Okta Professional Services. This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on the value of Okta Professional Services and ensuring seamless delivery of these services.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate and sell the value of Okta Professional Services to prospective and existing enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, and Architects to define and integrate services solutions into comprehensive Okta proposals.
- Own Services pursuits (bookings quota) and revenue performance in territory.
- Plan and lead Professional Services scoping activity with prospective customers, producing proposal, level of effort, Statement of Work, and resource plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success with Okta Professional Services.
- Participate in the development of Okta Services methodologies, processes, offerings, and collateral.
Requirements
- Proven experience in services sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
