**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment, managing pipelines, and prioritizing Time To Hire KPIs.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and leadership team to execute full-cycle recruitment
  • Manage pipeline in ATS in a highly organized manner
  • Source candidates via job boards, online platforms, and LinkedIn
  • Prioritize minimum Time To Hire KPIs
  • Responsible for hiring 4-8+ new hires per month
  • Champion our core values and culture in all interactions with the team
  • Assist in creating and streamlining recruitment SOPs

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Preferred experience in a recruitment agency setting or start-up environment
  • 1+ years of experience in HR & culture management
  • Exceptional phone and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Accustomed to having KPI targets daily and weekly
  • Hyper tech-savvy with experience in ATS and Google Sheets
