**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment, managing pipelines, and prioritizing Time To Hire KPIs.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and leadership team to execute full-cycle recruitment
- Manage pipeline in ATS in a highly organized manner
- Source candidates via job boards, online platforms, and LinkedIn
- Prioritize minimum Time To Hire KPIs
- Responsible for hiring 4-8+ new hires per month
- Champion our core values and culture in all interactions with the team
- Assist in creating and streamlining recruitment SOPs
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Preferred experience in a recruitment agency setting or start-up environment
- 1+ years of experience in HR & culture management
- Exceptional phone and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Accustomed to having KPI targets daily and weekly
- Hyper tech-savvy with experience in ATS and Google Sheets
