Job Title: Sales Representative - Healthcare Industry

At Allia Health Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by connecting providers with life-changing medications that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other B2B partners, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new B2B opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and phone-based product demonstrations, tailoring the message to address client needs and showcase the value of our wellness products.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams, staying updated on industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and any emerging trends that may impact sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional phone-based communication skills and fluency in English, with the confidence to engage with diverse healthcare professionals and present solutions effectively.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally GoHighLevel, project management tools like Clickup, and Microsoft Office Suite.
