- Input and manage data related to identified properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Make outbound calls to potential leads to gather necessary details and verify lead information
- Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and company standards
- Prioritize leads that demonstrate high potential for conversion and alignment with business objectives
- Extensive real estate experience and property evaluation skills
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as BatchLeads
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Fluency in English (cold calling experience highly preferred)
- Highly organized, ability to follow processes, and great communication skills
- Technology-driven and ability to learn quickly
- Dual monitor computer (at least i5 processor)
- Back-up power/generator, backup internet, and backup device
- Dedicated workspace
- Internet speed at least 50mbps for both main and backup
- A competitive salary of $1,120 USD/month
