Position Summary:
This role leverages technology to enhance and optimize business-to-business operations involving customers, suppliers, carriers, banks, and governmental entities. The position requires expertise in SAP, WebMethods, CPI, API Management, and business process analysis to facilitate the design and development of integration applications. Responsibilities also include providing IT support for issue resolution in accordance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily business operations in alignment with Global Service Level Agreements and defined IT support frameworks.
  • Ensure the reliability of production systems through adherence to standard support and governance protocols.
  • Lead and collaborate on projects relevant to the department, following the GIT Project Grid.
  • Engage in project planning and execution of multiple complex IT projects concurrently.
  • Conduct analysis and resolve requests from the business using existing technologies, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and IT strategies.
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies that can enhance business value.
  • Deliver solutions that meet business needs while considering available resources and priorities.
  • Align business operational goals with IT strategies.
  • Apply GIT Project Implementation Methodology to develop plans and execute projects that comply with governance practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and cross-functional business units as necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with IT peers, business partners, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Influence and negotiate key decisions with important customers and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in programming or information technology.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in programming.
  • Familiarity with SAP, particularly in Sales and Distribution and electronic invoicing (desirable).
  • Knowledge of programming languages, especially ABAP (desirable).
