Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
In this role, you will play a key part in implementing quality and risk management programs across Latin America, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, and developing mitigation plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing risk management activities, providing guidance to teams, and facilitating risk management training.
What You Need
- University degree in Engineering, Computing, Technology, or a related field; postgraduate qualification desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management and/or quality management, preferably in the energy sector addressing technical and business risks.
- Strong knowledge of quality risk management principles, methodologies, and tools, including FMEA and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies, with a proven understanding of advanced root cause analysis tools such as TapRoot and Apollo.
- Digital literacy and strong organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Data-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- English and Spanish at professional working proficiency level; Portuguese desirable.
- Professional certifications related to quality management are desirable.
