- Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications to fit business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Debug and fix technical problems.
- Produce and run test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Document code and application functionality.
- 3+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow platform.
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD module is preferred.
- Fluent conversational English level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field.
