About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Incident Response Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Global Compute team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Security Vulnerability Remediation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and execute a security incident response plan to ensure timely and effective remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Information Security to understand risk and impact of potential or confirmed security incidents.
- Brief IT Executive leadership on Vulnerability Remediation and provide updates on remediation efforts.
- Lead server vulnerability remediation for Corporate Global Functions and ensure compliance with the Information Security Policy and internal controls.
- Provide quality assurance of services and meet expectations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Security Vulnerability Remediation, Cybersecurity or related field.
- Experience leading or collaborating with multiple teams.
- Experience in security incident response, server and database management, OS and database management, and communicating with technical audiences in high-availability critical environments.
- Scripting experience preferred (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Agile/DevSecOps experience, innovation mindset, analytical thinking, collaboration and influence skills, and global networking skills.
