About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of financial plans, forecasts, and analyses for our Content Licensing business. This role will require strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing financial plans, forecasts, and analyses for Content Licensing
- Leading the FPA team to ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities
- Ensuring the ongoing development of team members, including professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement
- Partnering with stakeholders to execute key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and the implementation of planning and reporting best practices
- Providing strategic business guidance and support to the business
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes
- Experience managing large teams, commercial, and media experience a plus
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, strong problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact, and diplomacy
