About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Representative to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales and account management teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert knowledge and support to sales and account management teams on content and product offerings, business policies, order processing, credits, and procedures.
- Assisting in problem-solving on all issues and escalating complex matters to senior team members.
- Completing and updating regulatory documentation for governmental clients.
- Supporting administrative tasks related to order fulfillment, including new sales, cancellations, renewals, and billing.
- Inputting billing information into relevant systems and supporting the quote-to-billing process.
- Escalating and following up on client billing and invoicing issues.
- Maintaining accurate client data in relevant systems.
- Ensuring pipeline accuracy and supporting monthly forecast processes.
- Engaging with the Commercial Policy team to support contract fulfillment and compliance.
- Providing logistical support for regional sales meetings and other events as needed.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales support, order management, or customer service. Your skills and experience should include:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced Portuguese proficiency and fluent English language skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a business operation, sales support, order management, or customer service function.
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
- Customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities and interacting with people at different levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
