Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical and sales-related questions.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs, providing detailed information and recommendations as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related job experience.
  • Experience: One (1) year of experience in a sales, customer service, or technical support role, preferably in a computer products or system solutions-related distribution business.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
