Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first call response for assigned territory customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Utilize entry-level knowledge and tool sets to configure, price, and quote solutions for customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to resolve pre-sales issues, such as credit, engineering, and product availability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to forecast consolidations and participate in planning and reviews for customers in the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • One (1) year of experience in a configuration, sales, or related role with extensive customer service interface in a technical or product support role within a computer products, system solutions-related distribution business or similar environment.
  • Associate Degree in business, IT, or related field OR an equivalent combination of formal education, training, and directly related job experience.
  • Product/supplier certifications as required.
