Overview
As a Recruiter Coordinator at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's talent pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the company's staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Source and evaluate candidates using various methods, including online platforms and professional networks.
- Lead interviews, assessments, and other selection processes to ensure the best fit for the company.
- Manage recruitment records, including interview notes and related documentation.
- Foster collaboration between Talent Development and HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
