Service Operations
• Ensure a safe working environment and execute service visits according to schedule, quality standards, and processes.
• Plan workload effectively with the service supervisor and raise sales leads to drive business growth.
• Manage proximity stock, identify spare needs, and request spares from the supervisor.
• Maintain service tooling, vans, instruments, and other equipment in good condition.
