About the Role

Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. - C68 is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect Leader to join our team in Mexico City. As a Cloud Solutions Architect Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Solutions Architects who will be responsible for architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, On-board, Train, and Develop New Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
  • Act as a Conduit and Liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
  • Build and Coach the Team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using AWS.
  • Must be Passionate about Developing Early-in-Career Talent.
  • Relevant Experience in Management of Technical, Customer-Facing Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Related Field.
  • English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
