About the Role

We're seeking a Verification Quality Lead Engineer to lead a team ensuring that DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements. As a key member, you'll collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate state-of-the-art verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.

About the Job

This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Verification Quality Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.
  • Enabling and maintaining the JAMA verification requirement management system.
  • Authoring verification training programs.
  • Participating and auditing verification activities and reviews.
  • Collaborating and conducting occasional off-hour meetings with international team members.
  • Managing the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.
  • Building solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron.
  • Translating strategy to action; influencing, negotiation, change management, and presentation.
  • Developing an expert-level understanding in DRAM circuit design and verification.
  • Building, managing, and mentoring a tightly coupled verification quality team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Acute project management skills.
  • Experience with requirements management tools, e.g., JAMA (Preferred).
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
