Job OverviewThis role will involve working with highly innovative design and verification teams using state-of-the-art memory technologies to develop the most advanced DRAM and emerging memory products. Our team is seeking an experienced Design Verification Engineer who can contribute to the success of our design by applying verification tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate designs at chip or block level on functionality, providing solutions and verifying results.
  • Work closely with global design teams to contribute to design success by applying verification tools and techniques, providing verification status and summaries as needed.
  • Help develop digital/analog mixed-signal verification methodologies for advanced DRAM products and design implementation of mixed-signal design verification environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully understand design datasheets and study circuit design in detail, including functionality and timing requirements.
  • Develop patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.
  • Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, manage bug tracking, and close coverage.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification.
  2. Fluent understanding of CMOS circuit design.
  3. Familiarity with analog simulation methodology and tools, i.e., HSPICE, PRIMESIM.
  4. Basic understanding of digital simulators, such as Verilog and UVM Methodology (or equivalent).
  5. Good programming fundamentals with knowledge of Python programming is preferred.
  6. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000 based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
