About the Role

Warner Media, Llc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Administrator to oversee the internal operations of content for the Max platform. This role requires a strong understanding of content management, operational processes, and language usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Responsible for getting accurate information about content/components status of all original and acquired content with the different Ops teams.
  • Content Tracking: Track Content/components status needed for publishing, and provide updates on content availability weekly to key teams.
  • Content Readiness: Secure the proper publication of content on time under the Max streaming platform.
  • Content Troubleshooting/Resolution: Follow up issues/rejections with the appropriate teams as well as with the support team for final resolution.
  • Regional Collaboration: Active collaboration with the US team and different regions providing publishing status on Latam's Original Content shared with them.
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the Media industry.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Experience in communication skills.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in the English language.
  • Ability to set priorities.
