About the Role

This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager and is responsible for developing an effective sales strategy in the Mexican market to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve growth aspirations. The role requires defining, planning, leading, and ensuring the execution of sales strategy to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and identify performance shortfalls, taking remedial actions proactively.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation and allocating required resources.
  • Plan and execute customer surveys and act on survey results to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • Knowledge in medium voltage equipment.
  • 8+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Previous experience with project executions.
  • Knowledge of SAP and new informatic technologies.
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales of Electrical Business and Solutions.
  • Advanced English level.
