Deflator and Revenue Growth Manager

You're a driven professional looking for a career with purpose. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care, a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands.
About the Role
We're looking for a commercial and financial expert to create revenue growth management initiatives aligned cross-functionally. You'll uncover business insights to drive topline and GM growth, ensuring full control and effective investment of Deflator/Gross to Net.
You'll evaluate the commercial and financial impact of the promotional grid and trade activities to course correct and guarantee trade investment optimization. Additionally, you'll define promoted price strategy across Channels, Brands driving top line growth, Gross margin growth, and investment optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue growth management initiatives
- Uncover business insights to drive topline and GM growth
- Ensure full control and effective investment of Deflator/Gross to Net
- Evaluate the commercial and financial impact of the promotional grid and trade activities
- Define promoted price strategy across Channels, Brands
- Work with Trade marketing, Marketing, and Key accounts to deliver promotional grid from strategy to execution
Requirements
- Commercial experience in a consumer goods/retail company
- Trade Marketing experience
- Finance and accounting principles knowledge
- Administrative or Finance Degree
- At least 5 Years of experience in Finance
- At least 2 years of experience at Retail Stores Management
- Fluent English Conversation and Written Communication
- Strong change management capabilities
- High self-motivations skills
