Job Title: Key Account Manager, CPG and Polyurethane

Job Summary:

Milliken & Company is a global manufacturing leader seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex accounts and distributors, developing strategic partnerships, and driving long-term sustainable growth solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress and close opportunities
  • Utilize IBP processes to build out long-term planning and forecasting
  • Negotiate and implement pricing and manage quality issues
  • Build strong networks and affiliations within key market segments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and new business development in the Home & Fabric Care, Polyurethane, or related industries
  • Proven experience in key account management with a track record of driving long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships
  • Ability to communicate with openness, clarity, and empathy to achieve desired results
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
