About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Executive to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing trade spend activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to complete promotional post evaluations and ensure accurate trade spend accruals.
- Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting on volume tracking, trade spend, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
- Monitor revenue realization of cost price increases and work with customer teams to ensure accurate trade spend accruals.
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan.
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines and regularly review promotional spend.
Requirements
- Commercial and financial acumen, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in reducing complexity using a disciplined and collaborative approach.
- Ability to synthesize multiple data points into a holistic position.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Previous management roles and/or experiences in the Revenue Growth Management area.
- Previous experiences within the CPG industry.
- English: Advanced level.
