A Typical Day:
As a Revenue Growth Management Coordinator, you should be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Implementing RGM strategies and integrating them within the local framework Performing RGM assessments in collaboration with marketing, brand teams, commercial, business development, finance, and consumer market insights Merging internal and external, financial and non-financial data Managing average consumer pricing and pack price structures (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management; Promotional strategies and ROI per brand, account, pack type; Retail selling narratives and trading terms management) Leading the execution of current RGM initiatives to achieve additional revenue and Gross Profit Cultivating a deep understanding of retailer dynamics, value drivers, and consumer behavior Building a skilled team focused on RGM priorities to enhance business growth and grasp overall RGM methodologies Reinforcing RGM insights and initiatives across the organization, stakeholders, and senior leadership Contributing to the development of RGM capabilities (e.g., sharing best practices)Our Offerings:
