About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Development and Application Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our global training team, you will play a critical role in shaping our products and applications training strategy, working closely with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective training content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Strategy: Collaborate with the global training team and key business stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Content Creation and Development: Work with subject matter experts to storyboard, plan, and produce training presentations, videos, and other eLearning formats that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Visual Content Creation: Utilize instructional graphics and charts to visualize training content and make it more engaging and interactive.
  • Training Delivery and Support: Conduct training recordings in our studio, produce training using tools like Articulate, Adobe Premiere, and TechSmith Camtasia, and support the realization of webinars, including moderation.
  • Program Management and Improvement: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage training content for external target groups, suggest program improvements based on learners' data insights and competitive offerings, and coach and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Instructional Design, Communication Sciences, or a similar field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Training Development, Marketing, Communication, or other roles involving content production, preferably in the Technology area.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent skills in program management, storyboarding, and hosting of LIVE and virtual events, experience with Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia, self-driven and structured, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for data-based decision-making.
  • Language and Communication: Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Travel and Visa: Frequent travel to the USA is expected (once per 6-8 weeks), so having a US visa is mandatory.
