We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Supply Chain team in Cd Juárez. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and success through strategic HR leadership and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions to support business goals and objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to drive talent development and succession planning, and to build a diverse and inclusive leadership pipeline.
- Lead key HR processes, including talent review, succession planning, and performance management.
- Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees to enhance leadership and business skills.
- Collaborate with Global Services and Corporate Services teams to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
- Communicate business-related issues and opportunities to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial and/or organizational psychology, human resource management, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional HR experience, with a focus on talent development and business partnership.
- Proven track record of managing projects and business support initiatives, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
- Excellent relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes.
