About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Growth Strategist to lead our Global Services sales and business development efforts for AWS-wide priority growth initiatives. As a key member of our cross-functional growth initiative teams, you will represent Global Services and contribute to growth strategy and planning.

This role requires a self-starter who can partner closely with key stakeholders across field Sales, Service/Industry Specialists, while leading cross-functional pursuit teams. The ideal candidate must have proven sales/business development experience in technology products/services, strong analytical skills, and AWS services knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Value Propositions: Assess and articulate Global Services (GS) value propositions for target customer cohorts within the growth initiative.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with account teams, stakeholders, and partners to win customer business and secure public references.
  3. Win Strategies: Develop and iterate on win strategies and market approaches for GS services and offerings.
  4. Strategic Feedback: Provide strategic feedback to GS product teams to enhance existing offerings and develop new solutions.
  5. Tailored Proposals: Partner with the GS deals team to create tailored proposals throughout the sales cycle.
  6. Best Practices: Document and standardize successful strategies, tactics, and best practices for account and sales teams.
