Job Summary:

MX003 Marsh And Mclennan Servicios S.A. De Cv is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Finance Functional Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Application financial modules to meet the company's Enhancements & Country Statutory, Fiscal & Regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on Oracle Application financial modules to implement and support for the company's Enhancements & Country Statutory, Fiscal & Regulatory requirements within a defined Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Support and assist other team members and business Stakeholders in various stages of Software Development Lifecycle and enhancements to meet project plan goals.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS.
  • Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications.
  • Deriving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in P2P, O2C, R2R cycles.
  • Partners with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
  • Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.
  • Perform and participate in Unit testing, SIT, UAT and production migration.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 – 8 Experience in Oracle 12.2 Upgrade as a Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge in Oracle Application Financial Modules - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order Management, AGIS and iExpenses & iProcurement.
  • Should have good experience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Preferably should have good knowledge of working on Oracle SQL.
  • Ability to work on CEMLI (RICE) for requirement, analysis, testing and implementation.
  • Advanced technical skills, oracle configuration and functional testing.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle Latam localizations.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Have knowledge of Accountancy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships.
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills with innovative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Adaptability to change.
