Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Nezda Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Australian residential internet, mobile phone, and home phone customers.

Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer issues and complaints via telephone
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding billing and account queries
• Offer excellent customer service and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or Telco environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, undergraduate degree preferred
