At Nezda Technologies Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our Australian residential internet, mobile phone, or home phone customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with billing and account queries via telephone.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Generic BPO profiles and Telco experience in Billing is preferred.
  • At least 1 year minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is okay, open to HS Graduate (old curriculum).
  • Ability to work onsite fully during training (4-6 months); Eligible for hybrid set-up once endorsed to production.
