The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Snaphunt. This role offers a unique chance to work with a market leader in IT Services and gain valuable experience in customer retention and support.

The Job

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilizing cross-selling techniques to promote additional products or services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

The Requirements

  • B2 and/or C1 level of English proficiency.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a bilingual customer service agent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
