Nezda Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in US Medical Billing (Healthcare / RCM background)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
