• Own performance accuracy for campaign execution, optimization, and insights for all assigned clients

• Troubleshoot employee and client issues, providing timely and effective solutions

• Develop processes to improve team efficiency and scalability, driving business growth and profitability

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology partners, identifying opportunities to vet and test new technologies

• Collaborate with agency counterparts and clients to provide thought leadership and creative solutions

• Possess expertise in programmatic media buying platforms, including Google DV360, Google CM360, The Trade Desk, and Google Ads

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree required

• 2-4+ years of programmatic experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting media strategy to internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to create clear and concise media proposals, showcasing thought leadership and creative thinking

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to execute digital media campaigns flawlessly and provide robust insights and analysis

• Leadership skills, with the ability to independently manage potential issues and manage up concerns
