Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Gerente De Recursos Humanos. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing and hiring Human Resource employee team members.
  • Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources, such as job fairs and online platforms.
  • Administer and educate employees on benefits, including unemployment claims and benefits.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, including training and cross-training initiatives.
  • Maintain effective employee communication channels, including daily communications and regularly scheduled property-wide meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • 80% English spoken and written.
