We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tech Support Part-Time professional to join our team at Ntt Data Services. Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including MS Office packages
- Document troubleshooting steps and customer incidents
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Advanced English language skills with good pronunciation
- Availability to work 22.5 hours per week, including weekends
- Two days off per week, with rotational days
- High school diploma or equivalent, with official certification
- 6 months of experience in tech support, preferably in an IT environment
