About the Role

The Accounts Sales Executive position supports the achievement of business objectives for Endoscopy products in the Northwest Region of Mexico. This role is responsible for promoting sales of products and services offered by Boston Scientific, engaging with channel partners or direct accounts, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet customer needs and priorities.
  • Pursue leads and provide tools to maximize the benefits of services offered.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to resolve customer requests.
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.
  • Manage device inventory, initiate logistics, and track shipments according to regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level, demonstrating mastery of sales tools and programs.
  • Execute key account plans to develop different therapies in collaboration with the Field Clinical Specialist.
Requirements
  • Position based in Northwest Mexico, responsible for the territory in Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Sinaloa, and Chihuahua.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Healthcare.
  • Advanced level of English (B2) spoken and written.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to travel, with more than 70% of travel required.
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, with good presentation skills and ease of speech.
  • Team player, goal-oriented, and determined.
  • On-call duties may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred degree in Biomedicine or Biomedical Engineer, Chemistry, or related college degree.
  • Operating or hemodynamic room experience to support Endoscopy, Pulmonary, and surgery services.
  • Experience in patient, physician, nurses, and medical administrators follow-up.
  • Interest in market analysis, sales, and marketing.
  • Ability to relocate.
