About the Role:

Motive is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Mexico. As a critical member of our founding team, you will play a key role in expanding our sales organization and driving business growth in the rapidly growing market.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with Motive's largest prospects, leveraging the strength of our product positioning and selling the value of our solutions. You will lead the charge, working closely with executive decision-makers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and win new Enterprise business in Mexico through developing executive relationships and driving the expansion of business with key accounts
  • Grow the share of wallet by developing a deep understanding of each client's business and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration
  • Harness key executive relationships to ensure RFP wins and grow contractual-based business
  • Collaborate with your account team to optimize buying decisions and resolve problems
  • Work with technical resources to showcase the power of integrations and our partner ecosystem
  • Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, using that understanding to bring back iterations to our business
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success selling to Enterprise/Strategic prospects in Mexico
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and rapidly grow your book over time
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes
  • History of working independently with a data-driven mindset
  • Best-in-class communication skills and a true 'hunter' mentality
