About the Role

Motive is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and closing deals with our largest prospects, leveraging the strength of our product positioning and selling the value of our solutions.

As a strategic thinker, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration. Your ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes will be crucial in driving business outcomes for our clients.

With a strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn, you will be able to navigate complex sales environments and develop creative solutions to drive business growth. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and win new Enterprise business in Mexico through developing executive relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration
  • Grow the share of wallet by developing a deep understanding of each client's business and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration
  • Harness key executive relationships to ensure RFP wins and grow contractual-based business
  • Collaborate with your account team to optimize buying decisions and resolve problems
  • Work with technical resources to showcase the power of integrations and our partner ecosystem
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success selling to Enterprise/Strategic prospects in Mexico
  • Experience in telematics, SaaS, and logistics is a plus
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and rapidly grow your book over time
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes
  • History of working independently with a data-driven mindset
