We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Allocation Team Lead to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Order to Cash process, you will be responsible for managing a team of 13 people, ensuring excellence in our financial operations and KPI reporting. Your expertise in problem-solving, month-end reporting, and bad debt management will be essential in driving process improvements in AR, Credit, and Collections.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 13 people based in Poland and Mexico
- Lead and manage the Order to Cash process
- Responsible for KPI reporting and analysis
- Assist with PWC audits and ensure compliance
- Host meetings with business stakeholders internally and externally
- Implement new systems and integrations to improve financial operations
- Provide business solutions and drive process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Intermediate Excel knowledge and basic accounting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a high-speed, high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader with AR and/or Credit and Collections
- Experience with High Radius
