Your expertise in problem-solving, month-end reporting, and bad debt management will be essential in driving process improvements in AR, Credit, and Collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of 13 people based in Poland and Mexico
  • Lead and manage the Order to Cash process
  • Responsible for KPI reporting and analysis
  • Assist with PWC audits and ensure compliance
  • Host meetings with business stakeholders internally and externally
  • Implement new systems and integrations to improve financial operations
  • Provide business solutions and drive process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge and basic accounting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader with AR and/or Credit and Collections
  • Experience with High Radius
