Job Description

The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for the Benchmarking Program. This program entails setting performance targets, collecting best practices from best-in-class sites, and implementing governance mechanisms to ensure the implementation of these BIC standards/best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Target Setting: Own the creation of accurate clusters of comparable sites for the region, identify statistically significant exceptions to apply to targets, and align VP-level leadership for approval.
  2. Best Practices: Lead the global Best at Amazon program, responsible for intake, approval, implementation, and quantification of best practices from MX and global networks.
  3. Governance: Participate in regional governance mechanisms for validating adherence to BIC standard work.
  4. Travel: Approximately 20% travel required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Program or project management experience
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • 5+ years of general experience
  • Fluent English and Spanish
