Job Title: Video Channel Support Specialist

The Video Channel Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Believe clients, ensuring their operational demands are met, and resolving YouTube, TikTok, and Meta rights issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to client demands, solving issues through direct action, escalation, or information gathering
  • Communicate effectively with clients, tracking their demands and actions taken
  • Provide bi-weekly reports on pain points and achievements to leadership
  • Observe and act upon priority rights issues
  • Organize conflict-solving workflows
  • Verify channel inclusion in Analytics groups
  • Verify OAC activation for Believe artists
  • Verify and demand Sound Recording embedding in MV assets
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in customer support, preferably in the music industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Keen interest in digital technologies for music
  • Ability to express complex ideas with clarity and assertiveness
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to work with a fast-moving and rapidly developing roster
  • Detail-oriented, ability to follow processes
  • Strong sense of priorities, ability to juggle various projects
