At the LEGO Group, we're seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our Business Support Organisation. This role is based in Monterrey, Mexico, and offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development.

Job Overview

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for delivering consistent service to all customers of the Business Support Organisation, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for over 4,000 employees in the USA.

This role involves guaranteeing all payroll inputs are processed correctly and on time, following and operating according to policies of payroll processes, supporting compliance, and developing business contingency plans for natural incidents, legal or technological changes ensuring employee payments.

In addition, the successful candidate will ensure high-level customer service using Tone of Voice, collaborate with colleagues for the benefit of the whole, prepare metrics and reporting analysis around payroll, and ensure quality on data and payroll calculations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver consistent service to all customers of the Business Support Organisation
  2. Run and validate payroll in an outsource model
  3. Guarantee all payroll inputs are processed correctly and on time for more than 4,000 employees for USA
  4. Follow and operate according to policies of Payroll processes, supporting compliance
  5. Develop Business Contingency Plans for natural incidents, legal or technological changes ensuring employee's payments
  6. Ensure high level of Customer Service, using Tone of Voice
  7. Collaborate with colleagues for the benefit of the whole (teammate)
  8. Prepare metrics and reporting analysis around Payroll. Ensuring great performance in Payroll Accuracy and Timeliness
  9. Ensure quality on data and Payroll Calculations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of prior Payroll experience or Human Resources
  • Experience or understanding of the North America Payroll, regulatory environment and tax rules are preferred
  • Previous experience working with Payroll Vendors (ADP, EPI USE)
  • Knowledge of Kronos, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday & Chronos
  • Excellent time management skills. Ability of prioritize and multi-task

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is approximately $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
