**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Office Manager to join our growing team in Mexico. This dual-role position involves People Operations and Office Management responsibilities, requiring a professional with expertise in benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provides general administrative support and manages the building
  • Responsible for facilities day-to-day operations, including distributing building access keys and supervising maintenance and modification of office areas and equipment
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities, including travel arrangement and hosting visitors
  • Facilitates Newfi onboarding, conducts Newfi orientations, and monitors learning and development initiatives
  • Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees
  • Serves as liaison between staff, HR, and payroll administrator to ensure timely payroll processing

**Requirements**

  • Three to five years' human resource and office management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in business English and Spanish required
  • Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations, human resources affairs, legal compliance, and experience with labor unions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to establish priorities, coordinate work activities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
